Any diver who has attained the level of Advanced Freediver course can enroll in the Master Freediver course.

The Master Freediver course is an internship of 5 weeks, if you have the time, otherwise you can do it in 4 weeks.

If you don't have enough time you can train for 2 weeks and then complete the rest of the course when you come back to Koh Tao.

You will improve your freediving skills in every aspect; deep equalization and increased time and depth will come as a result. You will have specific breathing and training sessions depending on your capacity practicing different disciplines; free-immersion, constant weight, unassisted, dynamics and static. You'll become a very good and trustful safe freediver.

You'll be diving everyday and having a modification of your training routine every 10 days to reinforce your progress.

Different breathing techniques will be introduced and lectures about different topics: physiology, diet, training, visualization, etc.

During the course you'll assist Freediver and Advanced courses, where you will explain some topics during the classes and also assist the instructors in the water.

We'll provide the equipment until you get your own. We strongly recommend that you have your own mask and snorkel from the beginning of the course.

You can start this course whenever you want, there are no specific dates.
