
Advanced Course
For all of you who have completed the Freediver Course and want to go deeper and for a longer time, this is your course. The advance course lasts 3 days and is divided in theory and water exercises.
First Day

* advanced equalization
Water (in the afternoon)
* warming up and preparation
* negative dives
Second Day
Theory (in the morning)
* training techniques Breakpoint
* stretching
* diet
* safety
Water (in the afternoon)
* full warmup technique and preparation.
* NPSD (Negative pressure static dive)
* deep dives (max. allowed 40 meters).
Third Day
Theory (in the morning)
* mamalian dive reflex
* advanced static apnea preparation
Water (in the afternoon)
* static apnea (pool or sea)
